I refuse to buy about half of them because you can see how the bells or elastic can easily come off. The cat toys they really love are homemade things like wadded paper balls and boxes. They also have solid, ping-pong like balls, stuffed animals, and especially the turbo chargers. I don't have any dogs right now, but the kongs were always their favorite.
